Setting a scratch directory? was created by bkwx97
Dear all,

I've successfully installed the most recent version of MRCC from source with openmp. I recently ran into an issue where I ran out of personal space on the computer system I'm on. I realized that I'm not writing any of the temporary files to scratch. How do I set up a SLURM submission file so that the scratch files are written to a scratch folder?

Hi,

Here, we have been using the sun/oracle grid engine for job scheduling, so we don't have much experience with slurm.
Nevertheless, the following links
link0 and link1
give you ideas. However, the setup of your computing environment can be different, therefore, I suggest you to seek advice from your local sysadmin.

Best,
Jozsef
