I managed to get it working with GCC. I first had to compile goldstone.f with

Code:

gfortran $compileropts -o0 -c goldstone.f

and then ran:

./build.mrcc GNU -pOMP -llibxc

With this, running the CCSDT/3-21G calculation gave the correct result.
