The latest version of MRCC is released on May 23, 2018.
The important new features and changes are as follows.

1) New, more efficient local CCSD(T) implementation.
2) Dual basis set embedding approximations.
3) Efficient TD-HF and TD-DFT implementations.
4) Improved SCF convergence, treatment of linear dependence of the basis set.
5) A couple of bugs have been fixed and the manual has been improved.
